The 36V 500W motor is 250% more powerful than the 200W motor. The 200W motor is still available for those who prefer lighter weight and longer distance per charge. Online, there are so many ebikes. When I type in electric bike, like 2000 listings come up. There is so much garbage out there however and it seems 99% of the ebikes being sold are $79 walmart bikes with a $500 kit. One of the ebikes that is popular on ebay and sells for $1800-$2300 is like a $199 walmart bike with a $600 kit installed yet sells for double or triple, it makes no sense. I am confused how it sells for so much other than probably false hype.

Most ebikes use Manganese or Cobalt batteries which are now being realized within an ebike application, most are not making it past the 1st year or ever getting the 600-700 charge cycles they are promised to get. That is due to heat issues and other reasons but the Prodeco bikes use the more expensive Lithium Ion Phosphate batteries which are proven to the 2000 cycles. They are Prismatic cells which are the most expensive kind. They are guaranteed for 2 years also but will last longer since there is no issue with heat. These Lithium Ion Phosphate batteries can charge also at 10 Amps where the others max out charging at 2 Amps, this is a huge example in the difference in stability of these Phosphate batteries versus the others. Phosphate is the new technology and all ebike companies should be using them. I am sure soon other companies will follow Prodeco's lead but for now there is nothing else on the market like these bikes otherwise we would offer those too.

2 Year Front to Back Warranty - A full part replacement EZ warranty remains in effect for 2 years from the date of purchase. If any component fails during this time, it will be replaced for a new component. EZ warranty replacement includes full motor wheel replacement. If for any reason your motor fails during the first 2 years, Prodeco will replace the complete wheel including rim and spokes. The new wheel will ship fully balanced and with the Motor’s easy disconnect; only a few minutes is required for removal and installation.
