outstanding ride experience as this is my first electric ride!heavier than advertised,but all the better with road performance! extremely safe with all the safety features for the road provided. setting it up was a breeze, but a red wire for the circuit breaker needed to be attached inorder to charge & operate this bike- no big deal! I would say this is much safer & more comfortable than the gas bikes I build & would highly reccomend this purchase! I ordered this bike & it arrived in 12 days. I would buy again from this company!
