MSO | MCO REQUEST COMPLETE THE FORM AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE:
FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS ONLY: The Manufacture's certificate of origin sometimes called the MSO / MCO ships to you with your bill of sale (receipt) within 3-10 business days. To register your vehicle, you will be required to present these documents to your local DMV to legally operate your motorcycle, scooter, or any other street regulated vehicle in your state. Some states will issue you a 90-day temporary sticker for a fee if you chose to purchase a temporary sticker; however, countyimports.com will not be responsible for that expense. If you are a countyimports.com customer and have not received an MCO/MSO within 3-10 business days of receiving your motor vehicle, please complete the form below. We will ship the documents through USPS regular mail unless you pay for express delivery. Once your unit arrives, you must complete the form below to receive your MCO / Title.
WARRANTY INFORMATION - Please note, we track your warranty terms and length by your title request date. Your warranty will not be approved if you have not first requested an MCO via the form below. Warranties for Off-road machines (ATV, go-karts, and dirt bikes) start from the date of delivery.
LOST OR STOLEN MCO | TITLE: If you are an existing customer and are ordering a replacement title because it was lost, damaged, or stolen there is a documentation charge for the cost of the legal MCO
HOW TO LOCATE YOUR VIN - Your VIN is stamped or scribed on your new vehicle. Locations will vary depending on the type you have. Below are some places to look as they all are different depending on your model. Some VIN's are harder to find, and others are easy to find. Please look in a well-lighted area as some frames are black and digits can also be color-coded. We have taken several pictures of our vehicles and where the VIN is most likely to appear.
