2nd, After you have logged into your account you will follow these directions to check on your order status.
If your order shows it is "New"
We are in the process of validating your billing and order availablility.
If your order shows it is "In Progress"
Order is being prepared and in process, tracking is not available yet)
If it has been business 10 days and your order has not been placed in "ready to ship", "complete" or "shipped" Our staff may be trying to reach you about your order! We may be having trouble collecting payment, finding a color or unit you have ordered. Please send an email to email@example.com if it has been 5 days and your order is not in one of the 3 categories above. Please do not email sales unless this is the case. You can also call our staff at 702-628-5468 anytime M-F 9-5 pst. Please remember our volume is very large during spring and summer so phone calls may bog down our system. Emails are just as easy (and actually better)
If your order shows it is "Ready to Ship"
We have confirmed your address, confirmed your order is in stock and we are scheduling your item for shipping. At this point, we are likely waiting for the shipping carrier to either pick up your package and tracking not available yet but is next!
What does "Ready to Ship" mean? Customer Validated, Shipping Address Verified, Stock Confirmed, Billing Confirmed
If your order shows it is "Complete"
We have compled your order and simply waiting for the shipping truck to either pick up your unit or has already picked up your unit and waiting for tracking numbers to be sent to us from www.yrc.com , tracking will be available on the next status. "Ready to ship" means our staff has completed all the legal verification process required by all Credit Card Companies to prevent fraud and incorrect orders. They have double checked your order for accuracy and are preparing your order for shipping. Below is a detailed process. Then, in the next 1-2 business days your order will be completed by our staff and moved to "Complete" Until your order is in "Complete" a tracking number WILL NOT be available. Please allow our staff the time to correctly process your order and lower inbound phone calls during busy seasons for tracking requests until you see "Complete
If your order shows it is "Shipped"
Tracking will be in your account at this time and most likely have been auto-emailed to you. Please check your spam folder if you did not recieve any emails from us by this point as we have already sent about 5 emails. If you have your tracking number, you should visit www.yrc.com , call them and pre-schedule your delivery block.
